Eh who knows. I'll see if I can email him about it. Might need to add other stats in to change stuff as well. Like the resistances for amp, cd, and rate.

Ok so I've come up with a pretty simple formula now for a new version.

The values used in it are as follows:
Attack
Defense
HP
Skill Amp
Critical Damage
Critical Rate
Resist Rate
Resist Critical Damage
Resist Skill Amp
Damage Reduce

There are two parts to the calculation. Attack and defensive scores. The two scores combined is the resulting score.

There are seven calculations with the last being the result. They are as follows:

1. (Attack*Amp)/500
2. (Amp+CD+CR)/250
3. 1.*2.
4. (HP/10)+Lvl
5. (Res Rate+ Res CD+ Res Amp)/50
6. (4*5)+Dmg Reduce
7. 3.+6.

3 is the attack score and 6 is the defense score.
7 is the final score.
The constants are based off of the minimums you want to have, and HR 17.
(250 is 50 amp, 50 rate, and 150 cd) (50 is 10 res rate, 30 res cd, 10 res amp)

Edit: Alternatively I've come up with a slight alternate for some of the calcs. instead of the addition of the cr+cd+amp and dividing it, its better to divide them each by their respective values and then adding it. Then repeat with the resists and increase the hp division to 20.

I made some alterations to the formula to include penetration and defense:

C1: ((atk+pen)*amp)/500
C2: (cr/53)+(cd/170)+(amp/55)+(pen/90)
C3: C1*C2= offensive score
C4: ((hp/20)+(def/15)+lvl
C5: (rr/11)+(rcd/35)+(ra/11)
C6: (C4*C5)+dr= defensive score
C7: C3+C6= Final score.
