    Skill books Master lvl and up

    I was wondering do the master and up skill books drop from dungeons, for ex. do the monsters drop master skill books in Lake Side Dusk? Because I got a lot of A. Expert skill book drops from Frozen Tower B1F.....or do I have to start buying NPC because I can't find any master+ skills in the AH
