i believe he is refering to if a party member dies, the WA/FA/WI does not have to drop the said buff to recast it for the other members of party, and for that I agree, its rather annoying

if u want to have 2 of the same type of buff at the same time, u need to be Lv 140; (Lv 170 for 3 of same buff).
