    Are the help desk questions being answered?

    Yeah, so I've been waiting on a reply about a good month now. Does it normall take this long? Or are they busy with other things o_o.

    it takes a long time. sum times it takes like 2 days to get a reply..
    i sent in a ticket once and it took like 3 months for them to email me bak..
