no, its not cause of more defense. my VI still hits just as hard. but BS and LS barely hit at all anymore

All skills with an ORANGE text including wiz and fa skills such as shooting star has been nerfed. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or if it's how it's going to be from now on. GOGO NEW TRANS SKILLS AND FILLERS!
