Hi, I'm have problems when cabal load to main page where you log in

When i press ok it open me this web:

Does someone knows how to solve this problem without reseting my pc every time I want to enter the game?

i have reason to believe it's used to protect the hackers from bans because it certainly doesn't protect the game from hackers.
