I use lvl9 for pve, its garb in pvp regardless of what lvl it is.

my point is sb is useless at L9 cause then the cd is too fast meaning ur spamming it with ss and sb, lower exp and lower aoe like that...i kept my sb at 18 cause it's a last resort skill

I keep my SS/SG high so that they're able to be to used frequently when paired with a low level grandmaster skill while at the same time being very powerful. Keeping SB at a high level makes it useless for nw due to its cd, and because of the low level ss/sg that you use with it, it makes you inferior in pvp. There is no lower aoe with sb in pve, it hits the same amount of targets that your other skills do assuming you spent at least 2 seconds to gather mobs. And sb is not a last resort skill in pvp. If you are able to cast fillers sg and ss all without winning or dying, both you and your opponent I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥.

my sg is L18 and SS is 18, any higher lvl and i feel like im not using them enough, sb is garb overall

as for pvp, 123 pvps are almost always 2-4 shot, fpvps depends on who can maintain combo long enough to kill the opponent

bottom line, L9 sb = trash, you shouldnt really be using it much in war or pvp, and pve depends i guess on your own play style
