i had the same validation problem. was going around in a circle between email validation and ID already transferred. so being desperate/braindead i clicked on "give up". bad idea! i can log on to cabal but all of my chars are gone as well. But, i can get to the help desk now so i sent an email to them with all of the char names in thier order in hopes maybe they can find them in limbo or whatever galaxy they went to and restore them.
My son's account transferred without a hitch.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get those chars back...share please
