Possible alz hack glirch you might wanna fix

Give you a short rundown:

Was in LS derkin......went to change channels.....dcd....relogged.....spawned in random area of ls...PL mobs all over ls along with PL rangehacker bots....relogged......went to BI and all my drops from last IC2 gone, all my mercs gone......3 sods in my inventory......everything i recently traded back in my inventory and those people had what i traded them still.....this a very easy way to alz hack/replicate pc items if your smart enough....id fix it quick. Id fill out a ticket but they take 3 weeks to get answered.

3 weeks to answer?? I sent a ticket over a month ago i bet they havent even seen it yet... So i sent another one a couple weeks ago still nothing. I think helpdesk is just a visual for the website to look better
