The question you are asking is similar to something called the liar paradox (look it up).
To really understand God's omnipotence, think about it like this. God is omnipotent because no other being that will exist, has existed, or exists will be able to stop God.
Therefore, your question becomes, "can something make a rock so heavy God cannot lift it?" No. "Can God make a rock so heavy that nobody else can lift it?" Yes.
Therefore, God is the most powerful being, and is omnipotent
