RoF +10 vs Cr +2 for FS

I spawn legacy weapons.
CR+2<ROF+10 on any sword class any day.
Its like asking who is better Chuck Norris or Bruce Lee?

You don't need to be a lowbie or 180 with +11 to feel the effects.. There's definitely a point where "efficient" equipments shift as your stats change. Even at 140 I think you'd be inclined to lean towards a rof10... hell, everybody got bof3 slots right when they could, even though it wasn't the most alz efficient equipment at that level, but thats what they planned on having in the end, except maybe a bof6 change later on if they were rich?

Unless your ring is the last piece of gear you're missing neither of them is worth spending that much money on, and if it IS the last piece of gear you're missing, then... well, why not the best? You already have the rest.
