Support tickets are literally taking weeks for a reply...
what the hell is going on? honestly i thought this was a professional company but i cant help but feel like im playing a private server being ran by a teenage staff.
DO something about the tickets. they should NOT be taking more than 48 hours working days at the most. this is honestly ridiculous. so stupid that i would be willing to do it without even getting paid, in a professional company, honestly its pretty pathetic when you have people volunteer to do someone's job who's not doing it right, but still gets paid for it. who ever you are employing is obviously not doing a good job when you have to wait more than 2 weeks for a reply. are you kidding me? I sent a ticket about email changing almost 2 and a half weeks ago with a simple 1 sentence long request, and to this day there is still yet to be a reply. pathetic.
