I don't seem to understand this. From what I've seen, you need to meet a certain level requirement to buy eCoin? Ok, I'm not here to complain about that, what I'm wondering is, what are these "requirements" i don't meet?
What's the level?
What other "requirements" are needed?

u have to be like lvl 40 or above
