mergy ring + gear for WA?

i have an extended pc dmg osm sword+7, pc rate osm helm+7, 3 rol1s, and a rof9. when i get mergy ring, should i lose the rate helm and go pc damage, still using 3 rate rings, or should i keep and just use 2 rof9/cr2s?

you're still limited to 30% rate from rings, so with that in mind you should view it as, you swap out 1 rol+1 for merg ring, lose 1 rol+1 completely, and add a CR+2. In essence you actually lose 5 rate and gain 15 damage.

im not sure about losing rate though unless theres ROL+2

yea if u just use a rol+2 and the merg ring then u keep 30% rate from rings and gain a ring slot. but its still easy to get up to 40% rate while getting just 25% rate from rings. Thats what I do at least.

if you don't think you'd have decent enough rate from a pc rate helm, 25% rate from rings and whatever else you have, you could swap out your pc rate armorhelm for a 12/24 tit armorhelm until you can get something better.

Rate: 14+5+15+2+7 = 43 rate
then just get another extra 2/3 rate from your pet for 45/46 rate.

This is one of the best ways to build a WA IMO.
