    i dont think all the mercs are released yet cuz if you look in the AH the drop down menu ends with bricry.

    make people who wanna be cool and do that buy them from cash shop, 'cause it's obvious they won't be releasing all of them in-game; in the end, there will probably be only a dozen or so mercenaries worth using anyhow
