Website Issues

I've used the search button and lurked through some threads but I can't seem to find the answer :/

So my problem is I've transferred and activated my OG account from a while back just in case I wanted to play it again, however, when I log into the website I can't do anything. I'll successfully log in but whenever I click on client download, manual patch download, helpdesk, account, or support it asks me to transfer or activate my account first.

I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed to create a new account just to sent a ticket for another account, so this was the next best option. Thanks beforehand to anyone who may help.

um, try a forum pm to one of the GMs possibly, don't know if their inbox are full or not but worth a shot.
