Just my two cents,
How bout making a Co GL, that has all powers including the ability to move guildmates around to diffrent catagories, and be able to change permissions, etc. same as guild master but as the title implies a CO GL for when the GL isnt around...
And bring back guild boards!

you can already to something similar to a co-leader just make a Co-Leader group and give it all permits they can't move people but i think that should be something for the guild master anyway.
