Server lag issues...

Hello CABAL players,

Some of you should have been experiencing lags and other connection issues while playing CABAL, which started on Jan 8.
The server lag issue has occurred to the users who were using a specific Internet Service Provider.
What we have confirmed from the Data Center is that packet loss and network latency issues were present on the network route from that certain ISP to the Data Center, while the status of the the CABAL servers were completely normal. We had the Data Center to fix the issue on Saturday (Jan 8), and the lag issue have been solved since Monday (Jan 10).
The Data Center and the ISP are now investigating the cause of the network instability to prevent re-occurrence of the problem.

Not a very good translation because it was more then 1 ISP. But it goes to show how stupid most of you are when it comes to IT. I speak to the community with their comcast theory and EST's IT department alike.

Now How about that compensation?...
