looking for answers on attacking enemies in mission war

Hey warerz.

During mission wars, enemies kill me pretty fast despite having a decent gear.
All right I know they might have a stronger gear but like 4-7 skills I'm dead.
Is it cause it's all amp like 28% total or else?

Also, some people get 1 score per 15-30 seconds attacking anything in the war. Is it also cause of the amp or else?

I take like 1 minute to get 1 score attacking guards or anything, damaging.

How can I improve the faster scoring and overall strength to compete against stronger enemies?

What lvl are you, and what tier?

I'm level 77 SFS.
mission war tier 1 levels 52-79.
attack 472 (513 with leg)
defense 575-633 (varies)
crit rate 49% (56 with leg)
crit dmg 178% (185 with leg)
sword amp 12% (17% with leg)

I can barely do any damage on characters =/
Like I said above, 4-7 skills I'm dead.
