yeah, like stated have to convert your mp3s to vorbis ogg format and save them in Drive:\Where\Ever\You\Got\Cabal\"Jukebox" Folder.
Then in options Select the All, Random, or Repeat 1 option instead of BGM under sound.

Free open source ported program from the Linux and Open Source Communities. Just have to open the mp3 file in Audacity, then select Export to Ogg option under File menu and direct it where to save the Ogg file.

Well honestly you can edit the music config file to play mp3's and also go as far as changing the actual themes of each place... o.o
