Character Deletion Ticket Required Information

I just had my level 50+ character deletion ticket closed after about a month and it turns out I didn't have the correct information. I saw this post by GM Balboa before submitting my ticket and it wasn't very helpful:

The server and game ID stuff caught me off guard since all that info is included with the ticket, but at least you guys won't make the same mistake.

and when you do provide those new info's, wait another few weeks and you will get a reply of we're sry, but we cannot del your charc bcuz for security reason..... i send in a ticket for changing email, they send me a reply like that, after another wait they say we cannot change your email for security reason lol
