Selling potential 7/40 +9 helm

tiger u gotta make sure ur honest about the slot and dont say its rate in 1st slot just to sell it cuz if someone buys it and the rates in 2nd and they fail cd youre in deep doo doo butter

rate in 1st slot or 2nd slot still matters?
last time i checked with +11 catalyst and 2 upgrade cores + fch
you can get 97% success rate on slotting dmg in the 3rd slot
if u fail, might as well quit the game

not exactly alz efficient to +11/12 a catalyst just for success % as well as using enhanced cores, u may very well end up using an extra several hundred mil alz just to TRY to guarantee the 3rd slot succeeds, whereas with a 1st slot u only worry about the force upgrade cost, which is by far less costly
