How in the hell did i get a lvl 1 option with no catalyst and 3 fchh??
It should have failed or lvl 2... HOW DID I GET LVL 1 option????
Fix this garbage game... tired of wasting my time.

its not a bug. thats how it works. you should research slotting before attempting a lvl 2 upgrade.
2 or more fch = random lvl 2, if it fails to slot a lvl 2 and there's no catalyst it will random lvl 1 upgrades.
hence why you always just use a catalyst so that you get the best possible lvl 1 slot if a lvl 2 fails.Confident: 17x FA

Even with 2/3 force cores you only have like 25% chance of a lvl 2 upgrade.
