If you use 2 FCH then have a GS / Daik as the catalyst, the only level 1 enchant that you can get will be CD. Honestly, even if you didn't get rate and got something dumb like Skill XP, I don't think the price would drop all that much. Chances are the person that buys it will probably not go for rate anyways, resulting in a 36% CD weapon. With one crap slot, it's still a potential 40% dmg Red Osmium blade which is worth 2.5 - 3.5b anyways.
