Never said it did. Just it is more understandable that a [GA] would receive some sort of item, they are in contact with [GM]s almost every day. Not at all to say it right, because it wasn't. While in contrast, the players on Venus with "GM gear" are not watchers or [GA]s with seemingly no connections to a [GM].
