If you cant log in why dont you use your brain and check the forgot UN/PW put in your email and see if you even have the correct account name to login with. if that is all good then change your freaking PW. Edit Also sometimes IE 8 muffes up cabal you can shut off your antivirus and try downloading the game. i dont know just some problems i have ran into befor
