Whenever I try to log-in, the bar at the bottom that says 'Connecting' fully loads up then a message saying "Can not connect to server. Try again later."
Does Cabal NA have an IP block?
Is it because I'm from UK?
By the way, the reason why tried Cabal NA is because the EUR version seems to have shut down? Because i cannot connect to the EUR website www.cabalonline.com it just says 'Page can not be displayed'
Please, any help would be appreciated.

You can't play the US version from UK as it lies in Europe.
Try visiting www.cabalonline.com for the EU version.
On a side note, the CABAL EU main page has been undergoing maintenance lately, so you might want to check it again another time.

so does that mean that i have to download the EU client and install that and make new account for that version?
