How hard is it to craft +3 items?

Well I'm trying to craft my own Luck set with 30% Alz.
I decided to start with boots, and I've crafted over 200 shoes now.
I've gotten a few +2, and a heap of +0 (10% Alz).

So how hard is it really to get a +3?

im guessin anywhere from 1% to 4% success on perfect craft (+3)

if your going for proof you can just get the 2samp/mamp and then just use cores on it to +3.
