    FS and FA are cheaper then WA's. And WA's arent overpowered.

    Out of all the classes attacks WA has the weakest hitting. between whirlwind.assassinate.blade scud or w.e it is.and shield grenade and shield splinter.

    Not to mention whirlwind has a 4.3 second cast time.
