My friends can't get activation mail (not a yahoo mail)

Hello, I have two friends who want to play Cabal but they can't. My friends have tried 2-3 diferent mails to get a activation mail and guess what, nothing. :S
No, they are not stupid people, the mail isn't on trash. They are trying everyday...
General problem? How much time to fix it?

i read on other forums that need gmail.com mailbox to create account on cabalonline.com

I have mail on gmail.com but i waiting 20hours for email activation, and still nothing
