its shuld be droped with 16cd and 5crit rate + more 2 empty slots

NOOOO!!!!! it drops 16cd and 2 empty slots. then you use 2 force cores to try to put rate in hopefully WITH HUGE LUCK!! you get rate in that 1st slot. Then when you extend it and it gives you an extra slot, the 5 rate that you put in that 1st slot turns into 7rate and you'll have 3 slots with 7 rate in 1st slot. then you put crit dmg in the other 2 empty slots. It does not drop with rate in it slot. Or ,you can extend it 1st, put crit dmg in the 1st 2 slots, and on the last empty slot you try to put rate in it. Its about luck so beware that you might get frustrated. Also I had to do 20+ runs to get a decent drop.

It's all about luck, my FS got 2 pc phery orb so just keep running.

i was shuld try to put rate first then crit dmg -_-

btw what is the extend sucses rate?? on this orb (with a medium extender)
