Email with activation didn't arrive

I registred my account yesterday at 20.00 , now is the 13.00 next day and i still don't have activation email.
I read on some forum to create email on gmail.com , but i have email there!
What time i must wait to get email?
Why email didn't arrive?
I'm waiting 16 hour , and still nothing
