So it has been 6 days, I had assumed it would have been when they did server maintenance but their still has been no character transfer.

This is really annoying, my character is fairly low level so some people would say give up but, his magic is trained up past transcender and he is low level making him a fairly awesome character. They say be patient but if I still haven't gotten the character after 6 days and you haven't after 13, then I really think it won't happen. Or in a few months when I no longer feel like playing and SPENDING MONEY. -.-

I have had that same problem. My Ticket was opened from Nov 5th to Jan 20th?? and finally got the same response yours did. They told me that my request was being processed and to please be patient. So ive been waiting for 4 months. It I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥s big time. I asked again about it 3 days ago and they said "sorry for the Delay, please be patient while your request is being processed." Idk :/ i hate that its taking so long and i so dont blame you for not giving up. Just know im hanging in there with ya :P

I'm not sure that you'll still be transcender if you're low level... they did put hard caps on skill levels, so you might just be xx/xx (max) of some skill level then jump up each time the cap raises.

My character was made long before the hard caps, so even when OG had it hardcapped i was still where i was before.
