I understand the lvl 50 Char. del is to protect us from hackers. Fine. Put in a ticket and it gets done for you safely... Right??? ummm, wait a sec.... Under lvl 50 it takes me a few min to del a char over lvl 50?? No idea. I am still waiting and it has been months now. If you don't want to do the dang job then give us back the option. What good is all of your security if we are stuck with the same char. with no chance to change for any reason after we hit lvl 50?

This is a TOTAL MEGA EPIC FAIL!

You want to add security great. I wouldn't mind if I had to jump through a hoop or two to keep my char safe but I do want the right to be able to del a char if I want to.


Please do SOMTHING about this.
