A problem with the Gameguard

after the Updating is done i've been having with Gameguard Problems with the following files :

If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7 you have to right click the cabal icon, select properties, select compatibility tab, then closer to the bottom check the Run as Administrator check box. Cabal has to be run in Administrator mode and unlike Win2k/XP/2k3 ect, Vista/7 you have to specifically upgrade a programs right to run in Admin mode even if you are on an Admin account. Without these security privledges Gamegaurd can't hook in to monitor stuff in Admin Mode the way it needs to. Still getting this error, then add the Cabal Install folder to your Anti-Virus/Firewall exception rules and try again are the 2 main reasons I've seen for this error.
