Not recieving any response e-mails to tickets and contacts.
I'm wondering if anyone else has posted a ticket or used the contact us to try to contact the Admins, but has not received any e-mail responses to them. I have sent several tickets and its been several days since I posted them and I have not even received one response to any of them. I'm still waiting for a response to those tickets Can someone tell me whats going on and why they aren't responding to tickets?

They are probably swamped with help desk tickets. If people post multiple tickets it makes the response time even longer.
Since they seem to have made it their first priority to focus on going through all the profiles looking for botters, hackers and deleting all the gift items from our former GAs, it looks like dealing with the tickets is somewhere down the priority list.
