    Cool GM, please help me I am confused

    Okay so, For some reason I can't shout or whisper people on the game, I tried everything on option list, is that because of my dramatic comments ? well im sorry if i offended anyone and if i am blocked for that reason when will the block be lifted? I hope ESTSoft team aren't as busy doing their best serving the server and would Please replay to this, thanks.
