    SigMetal Weapons +9

    Noob Question:
    do those sigmetal weapons have a level requirement? are they attainable at any level and exactly what extra effects come with them. to be specific i am referring to the sigmetal crystal and the sigmetal blade, the ones that you get through the wonderbox. and can i keep them once purchased?
