because from 41 to 48 rate, it doesnt really make much of a difference. i tested from having 55 to 43 and it's still the same. around 40 rate is all you need.

Yes, the 40% lapis would be better then a +6 forc dmg orb. Im going to assume you already have the item on another character like a WI or FB who has the item. If you don't it's not worth spending the alz to get a 40% lapis.

Btw the 41 rate would be better, but you should trying to get your base up a bit higher.
