I would like to mention that this is not entirely correct. While the amount of HP each player has does make a considerable role in fights most everyone, at least is in the 160-180 range, have close to the same hp. The other part you need to consider is your base attack and you skill amp. I only rely on getting 1-2 crits out of 4-5 skills in a combo and thats all i need to win and 3 of those 5 skills are dps ones. Shiled Break is an amazing skill that hits very hard even when it doesn't crit. I don't know if I should bother to keep talking and giving real advice about this because this thread has been going around in circles with people crying to other people who clearly don't even know how to play FS.
