Everytime a computer gets an update GameGuard is detecting it as an illegal program..

Why is it that every time there is an update in a computer or other applications won't work GameGuard is detecting it as an illegal program? If that's the case then alot of players MIGHT get banned or accused of using 3P programs. Is there any fixed to that problem?

"A computer getting an update" isn't very precise. What exactly do you update? Hardware or software? Also if it is software then there is usually a lot of different software running on a system so you need to tell us what exactly you update.

I for example don't have a problem when I keep my software up to date.
