Please help! I'm currently in Europe (specifically Spain) and I couldn't connect to server. I don't know why. Perhaps this server has an IP block? But I don't get it. It's an international server, right?

i think you firewall setting prblem..
"set default" your firewall setting..CABAL US and CABAL PH USER!!!
SERVER: CABAL US
VENUS and MERCURY
