However, CDI build will always give you better average. I've run the numbers however many ways you want. Would it be okay for me to assume you're 170? In that case, using a forcium weapon brings your attack closer to 1k. So I've run the numbers. The only reason CDI build is not effective is in bm1 when you lose all your rate in buffs.
In terms of bossing, pve and in dungeons, where you're constantly spamming hardluck and gaining even more crit rate, the CDI will always yield more.
Conclusion: Crit build is better for players more geared to pve, Hybrid build works for both, but it lacks in the same category as pve, making it probably better in war, when you aren't using a legacy weapon, or in cases where you won't always have hardluck popped (like in ch20, or with some pk instances).
In a nutshell: PVE = CDI build (will work better for your bm2, despite what people think as amp being better, your crits are all that matter when you're in bm2), Mix of Both = Hybrid build
