Well im actually from NY as well. But i have friends that play who live in NY and they can get on just fine.

Weird coincidence lol. I sent in a ticket also so lets see what they have to say. Hope they fix it soon I want to get the most out of my premium T.T

I live in idaho and my whole house is having this exact problem. I tried everysolution: stopping firewall and antivirus programs, reinstalling game and deleting files associated with Cabal and nothing works! helpppp
