Can't connect to Cabal

Trying to connect to Cabal. It will load to the first screen but when i log in it says "Fail To Connect To Server, please try again later"...ive tryed it on three computers, not one works. Plesae help

Same happen to me after the emergency patch. I'm from NY.

its happening to me right now.

i actually just logged out because ic2 just froze on me.

are they having a m/a or something...

if you submitted help desk ticket, and dont want to attempt via proxy or vpn, there is not much else you can do. proxy and vpn would be just to test if its ip/isp related or if there is still restriction on connect, which in turn would point to firewall/antivirus problem.

(chances are pretty low that a high number of people would be affected by a person being IP banned...)
