Hi...
I'm an extraterrestrial from EU and i'm crying for help on every Cabal forum i know to complete a project that will save the world. Now seriously i'm trying to complete THIS project from months.
It's a screenshot (now it's a page) where you can find all casting time, combo casting time, cool time etc. for all skills in Cabal. In this way there is no need to waste alz upgrading/downgrading skills. With EU, IT and some KR help now i have about 35% of all level values (2140/750). In the definitive version there will be only main levels 1,9,10,12,13,15,16,18,19,20 and for them i have 412 of 1070 values so i'm 40%.

Force Archers need their own lance/cannon section since their cast times are faster than the shared lances/cannons.

Is there a particular reason that commas are being used as decimals instead of periods?
