i would have low base attack with that i already tried and it would crit alot but am more for crit and hard base incase i dont crit ...... i didnt know i would gain 1% for extended wow that

is the crit cap 200? or more? and here's a choice get forcium amp katana for pve and osm or redosm crit + lapis for both

i highly doubt there is a cap for cd
if there is then
i would say around 240-250 range

There's no hard cap, soft cap at 200%. Everything past 200% only gives half as much.
