* Testing conducted during the entire item will be reflected in the drop, and manufacturing tuning.
- Existing armor will remain Vision. (Later to be exchanged only in the way armor is considering.)

Reduce item level of Shadow Titanium & Aqua :
Old : High
Change : Medium
Shadow Titanium & Aqua items now can be upgraded with UCM, Slot creating with SEM,...

Does that mean they will degrade the materials required for crafting to be level 2 items now instead of the old level 3 items?

the items you have now arent going to change, theyre going to DROP with the changes, meaning whatever is in the game already will stay the way it is
