    Cannot be determined, there is to many factors to take into place with a screenshot. Try to use fraps or something next time.

    seriously asking me to turn on fraps wherever i go? I dont do that... i never know when they using hack... the picture showed clearly that she hit me from far far far away.... which is impossible to reach.... i cant root her but she can debuffs me and atted me ... already submitted ticket.... GM decide just let you guys see what happening here thats all

    Have you ever heard of lag? I can screen shot some one ranging me through a wall while I dash? Is that considered hacking? Have you ever tried running, then getting execrated and start right back from where you tried running? Its called lag. Next time take a freaking raps video. Too bad your attempt at trying to ban the person that "pissed you off" isn't going to work.

    Next time go break your PC.

    to OP: i doubt thats much evidence for rangehack. First of all majority of range is miss unless gm value is enabled on the client, would be obvious to get caught as well, thinking aoe like bots in FR? Wrong. they use only AOE skills that effect whole map areas like that; arrows, cannons, and lances dont, and are un-effective in long range edited situations, often dont deal damage correctly.

    i think overall despite tocas rage, this probably not a range hack, however if you posted in bad user report section they would atleast watch the person probably.
