    im guessing there changeing it too lvl 6 soo the lvl 1 bots cant spam but there gonna spam trade chat
    i seen lvl 50 bots spamming lol

    LOL, those GM changed it this update cause Miitai and LeMinh were picking on Seireitei b4....
    Probably somebody felt pissed and paid GM to change the shout xD
